For
KLEIN Anlagenbau AG the main emphasis in this year's exhibition will
be on the core sand preparation.
In
the area of core sand preparation KLEIN Anlagenbau AG is
going to exhibit a core sand mixer STATORMIX equipped with
dosing devices for sand and binders. Among the outstanding features
of the core sand mixer STATORMIX are its unique,
energy-saving mixing concept as well as its integrated selfcleaning
mechanism. Mixing drum and mixing tools are coated by highly
abrasion-resistant material in a special manufacturing technology.
The core sand mixer STATORMIX offers excellent mixing
quality, high mixing performance, low binder consumption and minimum
expenditure in cleaning. So far, more than 300 mixing units have
been supplied worldwide.
The
core sand mixer STATORMIX also performed strongly in the
preparation of core sands with inorganic binders and has in the
meantime been integrated into the new core making process of several
of our major customers.
In
the area of pneumatic conveying technology, KLEIN Anlagenbau
AG will exhibit a tandem-conveyor consisting of two conveyors type
SP-HL which is suited for the transport of foundry sands at
rates of up to more than 20 t/h.

outstanding features of the SP-HL are:
